1. Start with the initial code "0000," aligned with the front marking line.

2. Open the lock, pull out the lock cover and the combination wheel.

3. Align the tab with the red dot and the notch with the white plastic head.

4. Install the desired password in sequence against the red dots and marked lines.

Troubleshooting When the Lock Cannot Be Locked

If the lock cannot be locked due to an incorrect password, follow these steps:

1. Remove the code wheels and align the red dot with the marked dot.

2. Test if the lock can now be secured.

3. Follow the reset code method to set your new password.
